Hello everybody, I've been back to the Liewald family hotel for a number of years. It's a very pleasant family business with a great restaurant. Even in times of Corona there is always the possibility for my business trips. Agreements are made through a nice phone call and the lunch bag is packed with lots of love and variety. I am already looking forward to my next visit and to the delicious food after Corona. Maybe to mention: At the weekend there is currently a menu with dishes to pick up. Even if times in 2020 were very difficult, I always found a great team, clean, well-equipped rooms, a delicious lunch package, ... I would love to come back to this hotel in the future. the kitchen is fantastic - with lots of vegetables and fresh salads, also meat etc. Fish are served fresh and deliciously seasoned. I know only a few restaurants in the Querfurt / Merseburg area of ​​the same quality. For a cozy evening with delicious food in a nice atmosphere. The kitchen is upscale, at medium prices. Conclusion: the price / performance ratio is right

Whenever we were guests, we were greeted very courteous. The food is always fresh and delicious. It is always lovingly prepared and is not like the usual standard. Whenever you want delicious food, you're at the right place.

The room is quite large and super clean. The sanitary area as well. Breakfast tasty and with a lot of love served. Coffee and egg still missing on the photo. He was there to celebrate his 80th birthday and no longer remember wars, how unbelievably tasty the buffet was. The team and the host are warm and helpful. Very nice restaurant with super nice and attentive staff. The food was very good and came as possible for all guests at the same time. Also was thought of the children with a high chair, children's cutlery and a corresponding card. We were very satisfied and will gladly come back.

We were here for Easter. There was a special, relatively high-priced Easter card. Vegetarian dishes were missing, but on request, various offers were made. The food itself was good, your preparation time acceptable. The location of the restaurant itself is a bit out of the way.
